The Woman
For the "The Woman" project, we crafted a sculpture of a female body. The sculpture was inspired by an existing model, which we were tasked with recreating. To achieve this, we programmed all the dimensions and calculations necessary for a KUKA robot to precisely mill and cut the sculpture from XPS material. The project involved detailed planning and execution to ensure the accurate replication of the original design.
Juice Machine
For the "Juice Machine" project, we developed a comprehensive design for a new juicer. Starting with a detailed 3D design, we created and manufactured all necessary parts and dimensions, including the complete system and circuit boards. Every aspect of the machine was designed and produced in-house. We utilized materials such as Plexiglas and ABS to ensure durability and functionality. Our team handled all processes involved, from design and prototyping to final manufacturing.
Pink Summer
For the "Pink Summer" project, we created an enhanced design for a range of coffee machines, including the front and side panels, buttons, and embedded colors. The design was applied using digital printing on the 5G panels of the machines, ensuring high quality and precision. Additionally, the buttons were crafted with epoxy resin and feature built-in LED lighting controlled by a custom circuit board, adding both functionality and a vibrant touch to the design.
Statuette Compliment for GlasBlitz
This elegant statuette was crafted using high-quality mahogany wood and a piece of tempered glass. The base, made from mahogany through a precise milling process, provides a strong and sophisticated foundation. The glass features a unique hand-blasted texture achieved through sandblasting, adding depth and character to the piece. A custom-designed chip/board, developed by our team, is embedded in the base to control the dynamic coloring of the glass and illuminate the logo with precision.
